Let's Talk and I know a place!



You can be alone or be in a room full of people, you can smile or burst into tears while doing random things. You can be with your pet or be with a friendly neighborhood dog and still feel overwhelmed. You can be just lying in the hammock or diving at the bottom of the sea and still numb inside. Or maybe you can be emotionless outside but embracing all the ache of your atmosphere. You can be silent, but your awareness never stops speaking. You can be grounded but your head is on the space, and there’s nothing you can do to stop it from hovering. Every detail of your intellect is telling you to rest, every pump on your core tells you to keep on absorbing.
This might be the feeling of every individual, most of the time this is not being said out loud. So, I am saying it out loud right now.

Breaking the stigma that it’s not normal to feel confused and overwhelmed. Abolishing the fence amongst individual mindset of normal.

In the elaborate textile of our lives, mental health plays an important role. Often set aside in the corners of our minds, however it deserves the spotlight for the profound impact it has on our well-being.

In the hushed moments before the speaker takes the stage, there’s a thoughtful energy in the air – a blend of anticipation, empathy, and the collective commitment to loosen the complexities of mental health. As we embark on this transformative ride together, hums of nature shelter the place. Acknowledging the unspoken struggle that many faces in the realm of mental health. It is a journey marked by invisible battles, soundless victories, and at times, the weight of societal stigma. There is a deep power in conversation – a power to heal, to enlighten, and to instigate change. It is within the conversations that the seeds of awareness are planted, taking root in the fertile ground of shared experiences.

Stigma thrives in silence, and it withers in the face of awareness and understanding. We challenge the misconception that surround mental health, dismantling the barriers that prevent individuals from seeking help and society from offering support. Each word spoken, each story shared, contributes to the deconstruction of stigma, paving the way for a more compassionate and inclusive future.
